Dr Im has always been a good Dr for me . But I don’t know what has happened at this office . They forgot to order my sleep CPAP . They did not follow up with me when I called to find out the results of my sleep study or pick up my CPAP . So on my follow up visit 4 weeks later he said he would submit the order . 3 weeks later as I write this review they say they didn’t submit the order again . My health is suffering drastically . Dr Stephen Im took care of my husband, Pat, and my son, Dane, for many years. I couldn't ask for a better pulmonary and critical care doctor anywhere. I highly recommend him. He's professional, kind and compassionate. He listens to you and explains everything to you. He has been such a blessing to my family. Thank you Dr Im. Doctor Im cares about his patients. He listens and finds solutions to patients concerns. When I left the appointment I felt I was heard and I will sleep better. His staff is excellent too.
