I liked Dr. Im but am now looking for a new pulmonoligist. I have called three times in the past month to schedule my annual appointment and his office staff has yet to return my call. Very disappointing and disrespectful.

The staff never returns calls or messages even though the say they do in 2 business days, which shows a total disrespect and not caring about the patients.

I had two sleep studies. My first was in Dec 2025. Results inconclusive. Had to do another sleep study. This time at a sleep center, Jan 7-8, 2026. 3 months later still waiting for results. Meanwhile, my insurance was billed $19,000 for 2nd sleep study. Have emailed Sleep Center for results. Was told to follow up with Dr Im for results. Called Dr Im's office several times. No response! Yet to receive results.

Dr Im & Dr Winsett both took excellent care of my Father between office visits, hospital stays and rehab. Great communication and caring doctors.

Dr Im has always been a good Dr for me . But I don’t know what has happened at this office . They forgot to order my sleep CPAP . They did not follow up with me when I called to find out the results of my sleep study or pick up my CPAP . So on my follow up visit 4 weeks later he said he would submit the order . 3 weeks later as I write this review they say they didn’t submit the order again . My health is suffering drastically . My work performance is drastically being affected. I can’t stay awake . I will have to find a new... read more
