I called to see if they have anyone who speaks Spanish or what is the next step if a patient speaks Spanish and the assistant was rude and said, she doesn't know. Very unprofessional and would not be recommending.

No problem with Dr. Rubs but his staff sucks. Called to make an appointment and they told me I was a “new” patient. I only saw him once and he told me I did not need to follow up with him until I was sick or there was something wrong. I called twice to make an appointment and never heard back from the office. The lady on the phone said since I have not been there in 3 years I’m considered as a new patient. Logic: 1 + 0 = 0. I guess loss of senses are not in their top priority.
