Just a word of caution. This lawyer will meet with you and tell you what you want to hear. He will tell you he is a former police officer and he knows how to handle the situation. What he will NOT TELL YOU is the once you pay him he will not discuss a defense strategy nor how you should address the judge. Getting arrested of jailed by overzealous police in Cherokee County over a traffic offense I did not commit was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. Unethical and lies about what he did for his clients. Said a misdemeanor would be off my client’s record after 2 years, (probation was completed) but misdemeanor still shows on my record. When my client reached out to him to fix the issue, he wanted more money then told her he doesn’t want to work on it at all and BLOCKED her! Stay away from him! He’s not honest.
