Having issues finding someone to come out and fix gutter. The owner came out and was actually really nice but wouldnt give an est. I thought it was weird but he insisted it was a cheap fix. I called several times for a date to come out to fix the gutter and he wouldnt answer. A few weeks later without an appointment it was fixed. Great right? I get the bill $800 for the fix.
