He is an absolute pig of a person! Talks down to moms and is HORRIBLE with children! WHY does he choose to work with kids? Also, he misdiagnosed my child for 2 years. Finally went to Boston Children's and couldn't be happier. Got the right diagnosis, meds, and everything is fantastic with my child's health. And they are NICE. Go to ANYONE else.
Dr. Rioux is great if you can actually get in to see him. We have sat in his waiting room after being checked in by his medical assistant for over an hour. He is absolutely never on time and is overbooked constantly. We have started leaving if we have been waiting longer than an hour. It’s to the point where we are finding a new neurologist that can value our time as much as we do his.
Took my 12 year son to him for help with my son's newly emerging migraines. He was kind, gentle and sweet to my really concerned boy. He spoke directly to him and included him in any conversation regarding his experiences and care. He really took his time with us and made sure all of our questions were answered. A+

I will definitely recommend them to people I know. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it.
