We appreciate Steve's assistance, he helped us purchase our house. The buying process has some drama that was created by the buyer. But Steve's experience, knowledge, and relationship with his broker helped navigate us through that and into our new home. Steve was able to get about 10% more than I thought possible for my home. He also was able to negotiate a very fair value for our new home. We would use Steve again in the future and would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent to buy or sell a home.
