Was constantly gaslit and talk down to during our appointments. Didn't explain the downsides of the surgeries. And did nothing to help me. I'm now left with a barely usable right hand. Nerve decompressions didn't take either. Definitely will look for another provider. Left feedback and never heard from them.
Dr. Refsland put me at ease from my first visit. He's an excellent listener and his confidence in his skills was evident. He performed my two carpal tunnel surgeries from which I've recovered. My whole experience was positive. Staff and followup instructions were excellent.
I saw Dr. Refsland one time as a follow-up for my fractured ankle. He was thorough and professional in explaining everything and also personable.
Having carpel tunnel at 39 was not fun, but Dr Refsland and his team made it fun. I chose to stay awake during the procedure and enjoyed the conversation and music during the surgery. My wrist is fully functional and I have had no problems whatsoever. Thank you for all you do!
