I recently needed to have storm prep carpentary done. Of all the property management companies, Hopkins contacted me immediately, setup and appointment and amazing for Hawaii, was on time for the appointment. The work needed to be done quickly - so we agreed on the scope and cost on a handshake. The work was immediately done by a great crew of guys. When the bill came, his word and handshake were good as gold. COMMUNICATION: if there was one factor set him apart was communication.
