I’ve been going to Dr Ho for years. Even though he’s on the other side of the island from me I still make the trip to town to see him. Crowns, cavities, cleanings, and even an emergency weekend visit. Him and his staff run on time and really explain what they doing. He’s so kind and caring and I never feel like he’s rushing. Him and his staff really project a relaxing experience. Great underground parking, takes my insurance, and uses a simple text reminder system. Simply the best.
I don't normally leave reviews but I thought this one was much deserved and well overdue. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Ho and his staff. First off, the entire staff is friendly and welcoming, very organized and professional, there is never a wait time. Char, the front office receptionist is amazing. The saying "goes above and beyond" is an understatement.
