I worked with Stephen to buy my first property and I would highly recommend him to anyone. We started the process in March and probably looked at over 30 properties until I found the right one. I have bought and sold 3 properties with Stephen over the past 6 years and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate market, very professional and enjoyable to work with. I was referred to Stephen Proski and thought he would be a strong agent to sell my home but it turned out that after I signed the contract he fought me tooth and nail on everything and just wasn't on my side. So if you want a strong negotiationator to get the max dollars out of selling your home DO NOT chose this agent. Actually he lost out on selling another home that I have and a purchase that I am working on now.
