Great staff that knows what they're doing. Again, my S10 was going into defib, once more Dalton and Stephen revived her.
I brought my truck in for a coolant leak and asked for a diagnosis and to call me with a quote. They did the work and only called me once they fixed the truck(they “fixed” a seal). I picked my truck up, paid the bill even though I asked for diagnosis first. Truck still had the same leak so I brought it back to them. Again, asked them to call me with pricing before doing any work. AGAIN they called me saying the truck was done being fixed. Would recommend him for any Chevy related problems he was really good what was wrong about the truck and really nice people
Our truck broke down while passing through town. Packs Automotive stayed late for us to get towed in - then stayed even later to fix it so we could get on the road again. Fast, fair and above and beyond great customer service. Highly recommend.
Stephen had our car for a month to change out one part. He didn’t even fix the problem and then way overcharged us. My husband could have changed it in one day but could not reach the part so it had to go on a lift. Now we have to take it somewhere else and pay again to fix what he didn’t.
