Dr. Rafaelski helped my diabetic friend greatly, recognizing a diabetic retinopathy and directing him to proper oversight.
after another dr. got my prescription wrong twice, i went to dr. Rafalski. He got it exactly right after a thorough exam where he asked me many questions. I felt listened to and cared for. i’ve decided to get my eyes checked here annually moving forward even though i live in a different state (TX) and i only visit NY twice a year
I received a call telling me my glasses were ready, so I drive over and they tell me I can't pick up my glasses because a optometrist isn't there today. They need to provide better instruction if you need an appointment to pick up your glasses. Hopefully this saves someone else from wasting your time!
