He was more than 2 hours late for my appointment. When, after waiting an hour, I questioned the office staff, they said they were too busy to let me know that he was running late. The entire 2 hours I waited the three women in the office did nothing but eat candy and talk.

My appointment was well handled and all the appropriate care including X-rays, bracing and excellent explanation of my situation were met. More than enough time with Dr. Makk , his PA and nursing assistants. I highly recommend Dr Makk and his team!
Had a total knee replacement (April 2018) performed by Dr. Makk and am extremely happy with the outcome!! He is a very knowledgeable surgeon and takes time to listen and explain the procedure to you. Also seeing him for my left hip which had been replaced by another surgeon 10 years ago. I highly recommend Dr. Makk!!
Do not have this man do any orthopedic surgery for you...my experience was a nightmare
He is excellent with time and consideration. He is very knowledgeable and patient about explaining your condition and the treatment plan. His followup is excellent and thoughtful. i trust him and I am a very proactive patient.
