Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

I dropped in at the office to finish getting a new refill processed. I was greeted immediately and directed to the person I needed to see. The process was completed quickly and I was on my way.
