I've been taking my daughter to Dr. Lipsky for years. He & the rest of the staff are very good with kids. I'm really sad that he no longer accepts my insurance. Now I have to find a new eye dr. for my daughter.
The facility, staff, and physician were all polite and professional. My 16 month old had to wait an hour after getting her pupils dilated to see Dr. Lipsky. We weren't given any updates or an explanation and were not the only ones. Waiting that long for a 10 min visit is unacceptable for an infant appointment.
I have been going to Dr Lipsky for years- he is always very knowledgeable and personable. I would recommend him to any of my friends' kids.
Extremely inefficient operation. 3 visits. Each over 2 hours and one almost 4 hours. All standard visits, nothing out of the ordinary. Will not go back again and do not recommend.
