I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Mass as an ENT and surgeon. Throughout my experience, Dr. Mass has been very patient and kind in explaining every step from what to expect, diagnosis and post-op for a recent surgery. The surgery required an incision on my neck, which Dr. Mass perfectly placed along a neckline so it would blend in and it is healing great. Would highly recommend.
I am a physician. Dr Mass saw my family in the hospital and went far above and beyond. He summarized and interpreted my father's highly complex medical case, care, and path forward, with precision, thoughtfulness, compassion and hope- tempered with appropriate caution. He is an excellent physician and as a fellow doc, I'd trust my family in his hands.
Can't give enough stars. Saw my husband on an emergency basis and was excellent. Entire staff was very kind and caring.
