Staff was great, friendly and efficient. Dr Mass explains everything nicely.
I have had a fantastic experience with Dr. Mass as an ENT and surgeon. Throughout my experience, Dr. Mass has been very patient and kind in explaining every step from what to expect, diagnosis and post-op for a recent surgery. The surgery required an incision on my neck, which Dr. Mass perfectly placed along a neckline so it would blend in and it is healing great. Would highly recommend.

He summarized and interpreted my father's highly complex medical case, care, and path forward, with precision, thoughtfulness, compassion and hope- tempered with appropriate caution.
