Capt Stouder took offence over something I never did. Refused to allow me to provide any explanation to demonstrate to him that he was mistaken. He started lying about me to punish me for this thing I never did and stripped me of legal rights to information about myself. Sent my therapy notes to my unit rather than allow them to be sent out by the clinic, and so people I know would have access to my psychotherapy notes.
