Dr Steve is the most thorough and professional doctor. I appreciate that he would try everything to avoid surgery. I would highly recommend! We are fortunate to have him practicing in the Michiana Area!
Couldn’t say better things about Dr. Smith and his practice. He saw me after being seen by another doctor, took 55 mins in first appointment to actually talk through my options vs. rushing to surgery, then when the pain came back acutely, he and his staff got me into surgery quickly and he took his time in getting my back fixed since it was worse than the initial MRI. Great bedside manner at the hospital (both pre and post op) and could not recommend him enough!
Office staff doesn’t care, Dr is great for surgery. Many times ignored by staff when pain is out of control.
Worst experience ever. He doesn't even meet you before he determines that your not worth his time. He looks at your records from other doctors (if you have any) than has his office staff call to tell you he doesn't care to discuss your medical needs and won't even make an appointment. Must be great to sit in an office and act like God. Thanks for nothing .... leaving a patient in significant pain ... without a care in the world about helping. So much for that oath a Dr takes, you know the one about helping people.
