I was underwhelmed with this practice. I had been to the ER for a concern on 3/26 and was referred to a urologist in the area. My fiancé recommended this clinic to me so I called to set up an appointment on 3/27. The receptionist took my name and birthday and advised I would be getting a call back to coordinate an appointment. Made appt for husband 3mos ahead in May 2024. First visit they thought he was there for a follow up. They obviously did not ck any records ahead of time. My husband has extensive rectal and prostate cancer surgeries previously. The entire visit Dr Schatz sat at computer reviewing and recording voice notes. This should have been done in advance. Dr. Schatz has been my urologist for over 2 years. He is intelligent, compassionate and can be trusted to put your well being above all else. Trust is very important between doctor and patient. If I ask him a question he will explain it in laymans terms and take the time to answer all of my questions. I feel privleged to get him when my previous urologist retired.
Dr. schatz was very respectful and took his time explaining things to me. One of the best Doctors I have ever had. He will treat you like a human non judgemental and he knows how to do his job. If you need a urologist you can trust him.
