If I could give 5,000 stars, I would. Dr. Lago is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. He clearly explains to you symptoms and the best course of action. He works with you to address your health concerns, rather than just telling you what to do. He gives you enough time for you to ask him questions. I felt heard and confident about my care. I highly recommend him. He's wonderful and kind.
He helped my hand a lot
I've been having disturbing symptoms for over a year. I asked for a referral to neurology twice. Both times he refused. Told me I need to manage my stress better. He didn't even know me....I was a new patient. Turns out when I finally found a neurologist who would see me without a referral I had the very condition Lago told me I don't have. I also asked to be taken off my SSRI and have another drug instead because it's a well-known fact that SSRI's can make my condition worse. the most horrible experience in my lifetime, this man is a clear candidate for Philhaven, wow i had blood work done prior to my visit and all looked great except my AC1 which rose to 6.5 from 6.0 a significant uprise so i knew i was in for it, in a joking manner that is, or at least get a scolding lol, so the nurse came in and took my blood pressure etc. and she was great we were laughing and it was just a great experience, thanks to the nurse, then the doctor walks in, and makes the comment oh 2 for the price of one, as my ... read more
