Dr Lund left me a vm, because he had a question for me before he could release my sleep study. Several weeks later, and many calls to SDI, I still have not heard back. I was told that it was “impossible” for me to speak to Dr Lund, but they would set up a portal for me for the results which do not exist. So frustrating… Do I need to contact my insurance company to file a complaint? Yes.
Doctor was amazing and knowledgeable.
I'm speechless! I just got off a video call with this doctor. The man is incredibly rude and arrogant. It is the first review that I post about a medical professional and I see a few regularly. And I am just not into reviewing in general but I had to check him out once he hung up on me as a form a good bye. As he said he was too busy. You can not be more full of yourself! I've been a patient of Dr Lund for 5 years. I like him alot. He is a strait shooter, and gets to the point. Which I like alot. His office staff are the worst however. Michael the receptionist is only allowed to make appointments, and is not authorized to leave a message for the doctor. Several voicemails with supervisors, including Susan go unanswered. I had to file a complaint with my insurance company that they dont allow me to talk to my doctor, to finally get my sleep results.
