Dr Lu has an outstanding manner
Visit was pointless, the doctor didn't even do a full physical and then they billed it incorrectly to my insurance, so I was charged for basically a 15 min chat. They refused to update my bill to reflect it as my annual preventative visit so now I'm stuck with a charge for nothing. Will most definitely NOT be going back to this practice for anything.

Dr. Lu is an excellent primary care doctor. He is personable, knowledgeable and professional. I feel fortunate to have him as my physician.

I've been going to Dr. Lu for nearly 10 months and I've only had positive experiences when seeing him. He takes his time and he listens. To me, he's very practical and logical with his care and doesn't try to rush you out the door. I'm glad that I found a d I've never had any issues while I've been under his care and I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Great guy, great Doctor. He's methodical while providing good care at the same time. He absolutely knows what he's doing and I feel comfortable being in his care.
