I have been a patient of Stephen Holmes now for over 7 years and I will say this, when I first started out being a patient of Stephen Holmes years ago they seemed very concerned about their patients as well as professional however I have experienced a steady and serious decline over the past year in service, and serious decline in communication within the past 6 months as well with this office. Dr. Holmes is always attentive and answers my questions. I completely trust my care to him for myself and my family.
Dr. Holmes, Practitioner Annie Lee, and staff are wonderful. I cannot say how impressed I am with the organized clinic and ease of working with them. Relocating here from a big city, I was worried about the quality of care I could find, and I could not be happier with Dr. Holmes.
Dr. Holmes has been my doctor for over 20 years and I have the highest esteem for him. He is very knowledgeable and took care of any health issues I have had. I highly recommend him.
Miss your appointments he'll punish you by withholding refills for months...... Won't even call in a script for pinkeye. Told me to go to urgent care. I had to fire this doctor. No customer service, no care, no concern of his own patient health. Be warned people, find another doctor than this guy.
