Stephen Lardie was not helpful regarding a question about a policy change. My bill went from $120 to $355. I was really upset when talking to Stephen. He couldn't handle the pressure. So, he is sending me to another agent. Poor customer support. You don't want use Stephen if he can't handle an upset customer.
