As soon as you ask if he is licensed he will try to tell you that you ask to many questions. And tell you he is not doing your job because of that reason. To many questions it was one question and the answer to it is NO he is not licensed. We could not use him as it would void the warranty for our solar. He seemed knowledgeable but very rude after I told him I could not use him because of this reason.

He did exactly what he said. No cost for consultation. His availability was within a couple days this time of year. My wife and father-in-law had differing opinions. The price was very reasonable (when compared to other more corporate options). We had an EV outlet put in our garage.
He came out for estimate to install 2 new bathroom vanity lights. Really liked him. Unfortunately, his bid was a lot higher than another local company. Sure enjoyed speaking with him though! Nice man!
