I had an appointment with Dr.Suss in February 2023 when I just switched from Anthem BCBS and this was my first visit since switching. Dr. Suss came in and I greeted him and he did not make eye contact and responded “I’m fine, how may I help you we are very busy” I proceeded to explain my issues I was having, and he cuts me off saying he can’t work miracles.
