Had to wait 20 minutes past my time to get in but Dr. Raterman always takes time to talk with me. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I would recommend Dr Raterman for all your ortho stuff. He’s is always thorough and takes the time to explain all the options.
It was very easy to get an appointment. I met the PA, Nicolas and was sent to x-ray. Results came back very quickly and I was told I needed a hip replacement. I met Dr Raterman and he answered all my questions and concerns. I am scheduled for surgery but not soon enough.
To long in waiting room then to long in room awaiting to see the Dr also had MRI why to have xrays
