The staff and doctor were very friendly and helpful. I was late for my appointment and they still seen me and got me in fast. The doctor listened to me and explained what they were going to do for me. Very helpful and friendly.
Very friendly and efficient on check in. Maybe half hour wait. The Dr and NPR were very thorough giving me information. Telling me what to expect. Office staff was good at setting me up for my surgery.
Dr Raterman explained all details about my injury and what to do to allow it to heal properly. I will continue to have Dr Raterman attend to any future injuries if needed.
Willing to take time to answer any questions or concerns. I feel comfortable in his knowledge of hip resurfacing.
