I can’t recommend this builder. The build quality is not what I expected and he didn’t complete the house. I fired Mr. Ingram and finished the house myself after he missed several deadlines. I did not release the final payment he demanded because the house wasn’t complete. I built the house for Kyle. When the home was finished, he refused to pay the final final balance of $8905. The house had all Walton County building department inspections, and was deemed finished. When I requested the final payment he refused. I filed two l Leins against him.  He still would not pay even though the home was finished at which time I filed a civil law suit.
