We've been customers of Hurst Pack for about 30 years and have purchased all of our heating from them for two different residences. Hurst Pack heating and cooling listen to what equipment you want and they make sure you get what you're asking for. That was important to us because others came to do an estimate and just basically told us what they would do. I'll only call Stephen Hurst Pack!! I had no heat and Bryndan found that it was my inducer motor needing to be replaced. He checked to see if they had in stock, but unfortunately they needed to order. Bryndan ensured me that they would have it in the day and be able to install it for me. When I contacted the office and spoke with Becky and Cathy they were very helpful, friendly, and professional.
