Steven was able to Broker terms and negotiate what would have been a very simple and easy process that increasingly became complex. Most importantly, he always maintained a great air of professionalism never making empty promises but sticking to facts and realistic expectations. In my line of work, that is the absolute best anyone should ever ask for. Rather than false narratives and unrealistic goals. In the end, my expectations were exceeded, and the timeline was met, even though we came in screaming on two wheels
