Dr. Hornak has on more than one occasion failed to meet appointments at the scheduled time, without informing anyone he was running late. Last time I agreed to change appointment time and date for the convenience of the office. During most appointments problematic areas were discussed without directly addressing the questions and/or complaint. Staff seems to not be the most efficient I have encountered at other facilities. Would not recommend him, unless it was under an emergency situation.
Dr. Hornak was professional and assuring in the first meeting. The procedure went well and he was as he said " ... a very good pilot". He met with my husband after the procedure and explained what was done. His staff was also very professional at a time when I was very nervous.
