Stephen was available for a last-minute inspection, getting back to me 15 minutes after a 9pm text on Sunday night for a 1pm inspection the next day. He was thorough and frank. I am grateful for his services and recommend him to others.

Stephan was extremely professional and you'd know from justt interacting with him that he is an expert in home inspections and loves what he is doing. He went over the condo very meticulously and explained everything to us starting from the home wiring down to the garage spaces. He provided replacement and warranty recommendations too. To cap it all, his rates are very low and reasonable. We highly recommend his services.
