I was a patient of Dr. Hillis for nearly 20 years, and I regret not leaving sooner. His appointments are extremely rushed — it often feels like he’s out the door before you finish explaining why you’re there. Continuity of care is poor, and if you don’t show up every 90 days, you’re dropped as a patient. Most of the time you’re seen by an assistant, not the doctor, and the level of attention and professionalism has noticeably declined over the years.
