I’m usually never someone to write negative reviews.. but I had a very negative experience during my visit with Dr. Herr.I had to wait 30 min after my appointment to get in & when I did, Dr. Herr made me feel SO rushed, did not explain anything clearly & literally told me that I’m taking time away from him to make money with next patients!! .. he told me to leave & he will call me back later in the day to answer my questions!! Absolutely unprofessional & a disappointment..
Dr. Herr Met with us within 15 minutes of our appointment time. He Was cheerful asked direct questions and was all you could ask for in a doctor.
Patient, did not seem rushed, eager to share knowledge.
Everyone that works here is wonderful. The nurses are sweet and the NP is amazing. I had work done by Dr.Herr and he explained everything to me. Answered any questions I had never rushed me , made me felt heard .
I was not totally satisfied even though a new fiber supplement was suggested which I had never been given, the doctor did not delve deeper into my problems nor examine me thoroughly. I have had several bouts of irritability bowel syndrome in less than a month, which leaves me terribly exhausted and weak. It takes me three or more days to recuperate , missing work etc. My regular doctor, Matthews, who knows more of my past health challenges, was not available.
