Good doctor, but their staff failed to provide me with any after-visit information about my vidit with the Dr. I had to call them to get the results. The front desk staff seemed irritated that i called. However the office manager, Sharon, is nice.
So caring and patient. I love the staff at the office - very professional!
Excellent as all ways
Staff is ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY! DR. URETSKY IS ALWAYS VERY THOROUGH. EXPLAINS ALL CONCERNS IN A WAY YOU CAN UNDERSTAND. However, the eye glass dept. leaves a lot to be desired. Had to go back 5 times to have a new pair of glass adjusted with no comfortable fitting. Final adjusted them myself!
