He listens. He answers questions. He is on-time. By doing these basic things he showed that he respected me and validated any concerns of mine by addressing them. Dr. Metropol is not just a great surgeon but also a great person exhibiting kindness, humility, and genuine care for his patients. I feel that Dr. Metropol practices medicine because he enjoys helping others unlike most doctors who practice medicine primarily for financial gain.
I had never had surgery until 8 weeks ago when I had to have my gallbladder removed. Dr. Metropol came highly recommended from several coworkers and even before the surgery I knew why. He has a great bedside manner, makes you feel comfortable, and is an excellent surgeon. I had almost no pain postop and was back to work in 2 weeks. I recommend him to anyone needing a general surgery.
I have had breast cancer twice and multiple surgeries. Dr. Metropol is the only surgeon for me! He does excellent work and is great explaining things and listening to your concerns. If you need a really good general surgeon, Dr. Metropol is your man. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
He removed my gallbladder awesome bed side sprit great physician.
I liked him very much. Felt at ease with him. He took very good care of me, I came in through the ER with bad stomach pains they found a blockage was admitted to hospital able to get blockage out with a tube up and through my nose into my stomach that got out what was in there so no surgery but he still checked on me everyday I was there!! Wish there were still a lot of doctors like him that do truly care for their patients!!! Thank you Dr. Metropol!!
Dr. Metropole performed an emergency appendectomy laproscopically. I was very pleased with his professionalism, demonstrated skill, and quality of post-operative care. He was geniunely concerned and followed my recovery to the very end. I would recommend him without hesitation. There are very few doctors left of his caliber practicing medicine for the right reasons and they are getting harder to find. Thank you Dr. Metropole.
I surgery in2009 and he took very good care of me and my family he's operated on three of my other sister and that's why I used him and now I am going to use him again if he can help me he is just a wonderful person to have on your side
