Polite and very good clinically. Explained diagnosis and treatment. Excellent staff and seen quickly.

Dr. Ducatman was NOT at all helpful or concerned about my husbands condition. After 8 months of repeated visits I've taken him to another Dermatologist in the area. Care, concern and results are his main objectives. Very unprofessional office staff as well. Signed all the proper documents to be sent to the new Dermatologist and course they would not comply with that request either. Would not return my repeated phone calls once they realized we were seeking a second opinion.
He is very personable and obviously well educated. He did admit due to his age, he is not trained in new cosmetic procedures. I appreciated his honesty. He referred me to,others in the practice.
