The office and the procedure rooms are professionally and sparkling clean. Their recent new check-in process because of COVID-19 was efficient and at the same time thorough!
Jade is my hygenist now and I like her very much. She is thorough and patient and very friendly. I love Dr. Chou's staff a lot and find the office very professional and comfortable. Myrna and Noriko greet everyone and have helped me a lot over the years with anything I need in the front office. Kathy is Dr. Chou's dental assistant and she is very sharp and friendly as well. I know that I receive personal attention and excellent dental care with Dr. Chou. I am very grateful to have this office as my dental office.
I have been a patient here for over 6 years. In the past I've had traumatic experiences with dentists. Here, there is a high level of professionalism and I feel confident that I am in honest and skilled hands. Dr. Chou is kind and straight forward. He's honest. I love Dr. Chou and his staff. They are always so friendly and professional. I went to Dr. Chou for teeth whitening in college and he fixed something that was bothering me for years! I’ve had bad dental experiences in the past, and was so thankful to finally have a dentist who knew what he was doing. That was over 10 years ago and I’m still going to Dr. Chou.
