The check in clerk was very pleasant. The MA was also very pleasant and put me at ease. Dr Guy seemed unsure about what he was recommending and did not explain things well. That did seem unusual for him?

Doctor was running 1/2 hour behind so I had to wait that extra time. It would have been nice to have gotten a text to let me know this as I could have delayed leaving by a half hour and not had to wait once I arrived there. Maybe 1/2 hour isn't enough time to do this as he may have been able to make up time BUT he did not seem to be a doctor who rushes his patients even if he is behind which I like!

At the end of the visit, the physician, nurse, and medical student left the room without telling me what they wanted to do next: if I was free to get dressed and leave, if someone would be coming with paperwork and to tell me when to schedule my next appointment, etc. I sat awkwardly alone in the room for a few minutes before getting dressed, and then for a further fifteen or so minutes to see if someone was coming back, before opening the door and seeing if there was anyone I could ask (there wasn't-- it was a dead-end hall... read more
