he is a great physician and really cares for his patients, looks and cares every detail, the best physician I ever had, very thorough
My husband went to him for quite a few years and he kept getting sicker. It was to the point that he was passing out at least once a day. He felt so bad that he went to the Dr’s office as a walk-in to see anyone! The Dr told his nurse to tell him to go to the ER. I could tell he was dying so I insisted he go to UT Southwestern and within less than a week he had two different doctors performing surgery. One to repair a hole in his heart and Dr Patel to put a pacemaker in. Dr Patel said he flatlined as he was putting the unit ... read more
After providing my medical history and lab results, I was told that he cannot treat my headache. Despite the fact that the practice description said 'treating all types of headaches'. I wasted all my time, effort and resources gathering my documents only to be told in my second visit. Any professional could have done this better by being upfront and know how to set the expectations from client/patient, and this doctor did not from my very experience.
My family and I have been patients of Dr. Parker for almost 25 years. He is an exceptional doctor, and an amazing human! He's highly-knowledgable and draws on his expertise to provide the best of care to his patients. His genuine warmth, personable nature, and compassion make a lasting difference are are deeply appreciated. He's always a joy to see, and we love him like family! It's such a blessing to have Dr. Parker caring for me and my family.
Dr. Phillips is very concerned about my health and is always interested in my family as well. He has a great sense of humor and takes the time to listen to me.
Extremely thorough yearly exam. Well explained. Always helpful
Went to this dr. for a couple of years. All was well, so it seemed as I was dealing primarily with his Nurse Practitioner. My heart did not show much calcium (20%) but they still put me on statins, which turned me into a zombie...so I stopped taking them. I am back with energy now. On my last visit, after getting some other medical info from my nephrologist, I asked him if I would be better served with another medicine and related my kidney tests results. His response: I am not a nephrologist. ...really? Then I asked him (si... read more
Receptionist very unfriendly, leaves on hold long periods of time and when left on hold two different times for over 15 to 20 minutes at 5 while I was still on hold she disconnected my call and I called back immediately and recording that office was closed. Have trouble getting my refills and then not responding to my pharmacy in a timely manner! Dr. Stine is professional and I have no complaints about him but he needs to ditch his receptionist as I am not the only one with this complaint
Personable, professional, puts you at ease
