I see Dr. M and he's great. He really listens to my concerns and addresses them. The front office staff is awesome as well. They don't make me feel bad for bringing along my little ones.

Also writing a review to rebut the Terry Martin review below. I have a lot of eye issues and sought Dr. Hirt for his comprehensive care, use of technology, and genuine holistic approaches. His office is well-managed and the full utilization of his staff allows for efficiencies and professional growth.

I also felt the need to write a rebuttal review. There is no way Dr. Hirt should have 3 stars. I was a patient of his from the time I was 19 until 2 years ago when I changed jobs and my insurance is VERY unfortunately not accepted by Dr. Hirt and I had to change doctors. That was almost 20 years of being his patient. He has seen all three of my children from the time they were babies and I have trusted him completely. His office staff is friendly and professional and both offices are clean and inviting. Dr. Hirt is the best!

I don't usually write reviews but I feel compelled to rebuttal the previous review and give this office 5 stars! I have been a patient for years now and have always been treated kindly with care and expertise. I believe Dr. Hirt and his colleagues to be extremely knowledgeable and trust them with my entire family. I usually visit the Pickerington office and it's true that sometimes it can be busy, but the entire staff run it very smoothly with finesse and a smile! Any business should be so lucky to be busy.
