Physicians are Excellent, but Billing dept. Ruined the Experience The Doctors and Nurses are absolutely wonderful. They treated me throughout my pregnancy and I loved them. However, the billing dept. is PURE HELL!!! I paid all of my bills using my banks online billpay and they were all paid on time. However, they didn't know where to post them and returned them to my account then sent me a notice that I could no longer be a patient because of an unpaid $127 balance.
