10 reasons why I give Dr Andrus and staff a 5. 1. Kind, compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable doctor and staff. 2. They left a rude voicemail day of my first appointment I waited a MONTH for, saying they don’t see a referral, my appointment is cancelled. No "please call in something is wrong", just flat out your appointment is cancelled. I absolutely had one from White Plains Hospital who literally made the appointment for me and they gave me no chance to do anything, just cancelled on me.
