My wife and I have been here several times. Mainly during the ATX TV Festival that normally cooperates with the hotel and bar. The staff is fast and professional - could be a bit more courteous…but overall Tunis alright. The bar has a good vibe and it is nice that you can sit on the balcony. But while sitting on the balcony you observe things around you. And you notice the flags along the balcony. Some faded and broke. Why not fix those so it looks nice - and if not then out of respect for the meaning of the flag. But overal... read more

Very sad that this place can’t afford servers anymore. Much diminished experience from what it had been. Prices up / quality of service down.
Beautiful bar inside hotel. Great choices of drinks.
