Patricia was rude and wants to bleed your insurance company. She had the panoramic xrays done on my first visit, and refused to clean my teeth. She told me to make 3 more appointments, one for cleaning and 2 separate for old cavity fills on teeth #14 and 15. When I questioned why not do everything at once or at least the teeth together, since they are next to each other. Patricia Mccauley has a terrible attitude and is very dimissive. My husband and I have had three bad experiences with her in the past three years and are now leaving this office for good. Patricia is very dissmisive and seems to have a chip on her shoulder. There seems to be not one ounce of compassion in her and it's been this way for years. I would never recommend her for any reason--just aweful.
The office staff and management in this office are awful! Even if they give you a quote, they will go beyond that without warning and put you into collections with no notice. They are unwilling to even discuss the issue with me or help in any way. The service is awful.
