I can't recommend this office. My husband saw a Dr in the Mentor office in June & all they did was put a callous pad in his shoe after minimal attention to the callous. They didn't trim his toenails as requested when he made the appointment. He was told they would contact the insurance for pre-authorization to treat his big toenails, & apparently never did. On July 29th, they told him, they'll get back to him in 2 days with an update. There has been no follow up, so we don't feel confident in any care they provide. My husban... read more

I owe this guy an apology. It has taken almost 2 years and he predicted 6 months. This caused me to question the surgery but he did come through for me. Good doctor and surgeon!
