I hired Heather Calvert in June 2025 and I talked with a paralegal and was told they would take the case. Since there have been two new paralegals handling the case. I never got to speak to Heather during entire experience except for 20 minutes two weeks before hearing for a briefing. I had my hearing which she barely said anything. I tried calling 12 times beginning day of hearing to see how she thought we did.
