My 85 year old mother had just lost her husband. She asked Mr. McGill to review her Trust. He took a $2500 retainer and did not complete the work. 7 months later we picked up the Trust and took it to another attorney who completed it within 30 days and charged $1,000 and drew a new will and medical and financial power of attorney. If he couldn’t or wouldn’t do the work I wish he wouldn’t have taken her money and caused a grieving widow so much stress.
DO NOT USE - Worthless...continually failed expectations and overcharged for services rendered claiming no para-legal. Unorganized, lost paperwork. An inability to complete simple tasks asked of him, paperwork preparation was inconplete if not conpletely wrong for what we needed, even though we asked for specifics. The information we got from AI was better than this outdated dinosaur
I hired Heather Calvert in June 2025 and I talked with a paralegal and was told they would take the case. Since there have been two new paralegals handling the case. I never got to speak to Heather during entire experience except for 20 minutes two weeks before hearing for a briefing. I had my hearing which she barely said anything. I tried calling 12 times beginning day of hearing to see how she thought we did.
