My sister has being a patient of dr Knox for years , the only issue we have is his long wait time in the office, we get to our appointment early and still have to wait, the longest time was over an hour. Other than that we will definitely miss him.
I have seen Dr. Knox for over 25 years. He has helped me much. He has a good sense of humor. Laughter is a good medicine. MY LAST VISIT WAS A VIDEO VISIT WITH HIM.
I also don't agree with the negative reviews. I went in for a simple neurological problem and received the most thorough exam and he was able to identify the cause. He took a lot of time to explain to my wife and myself what he was doing and what he felt the cause was. He followed up with testing to confirm, and again spent a lot of time explaining to us what the follow-up would be. My wife is a retired nurse so she especially appreciated his bedside manner.
Extremely poor bedside manner. I've never been spoken to so poorly by any human being. He really does not know what he is doing. I'm surprised he has a medical degree and made it out of his residency. Another quack has slipped through the cracks.
Don't understand the poor reviews, he's very thorough, I went in for possible neurological issues and he identified a possible skin condition I have my PCP did not alert me to, he was patient, friendly, answered all my questions, I look forward to seeing him again if I need to. Only downside, I was waiting in the room quite a while to see him but I'd rather he diagnose me and others correctly for a little more time involved.
He’s very disrespectful, especially for a first visit and then the second visit wasn’t any different. He needs people skills period and should watch the profanity use in a professional setting.
Terrible Doctor. Sloppy skills, poor bedside manner. I can handle poor bedside manner but not the level of incompetence this guy demonstrated. I'm actually a Doctor but did not tell him on purpose just to observe him to determine if what my mom was reporting was true. It was. This guy is incompetent. If you have any other choices besides him do so. We are actually switching to UC Davis so we can find another neurologist to treat my mom.
