Very poor bedside manner and VERY disrespectful. Will not hesitate to tell you one thing in office and then deny it later (even if more than one person heard him). His tone, condescending speech, and disrespect is horrible. My first experience with him was to get a second opinion for possible shoulder surgery and before I ever met him, he walked into the room with ultrasound machine and needles to do a procedure I had not even been told about. Very disappointed. I was scheduled a followup visit and had to rearrange a previous commitment to only receive a call stating that it would be a telemed visit instead and the doctor would call me sometime that morning! NO time was given. I have had telemed visits with other doctors and I was always given a specific time for my appointment. So inconsiderate that I canceled all together!
I think Dr. Cromer is an excellent provider! He is always very kind and personable when I have seen him, both smiling and communicative. His treatment of my condition has been spot-on and, of the 3 providers at this facility I have seen for this condition, he is far and above the others in bedside manner and medical skill. I highly recommend his services.
Not compassionate, lacks feelings towards the elderly, no sense of humor, is far to egotistical.
Dr. Cromer is an excellent provider. He is an active listener and well versed in orthopedics and overall health and nutrition.
