RecommendedQuick and efficient staff, sliding scale costs, incredibly knowledgeable doctors and PAs. Was able to do some vaccine shots and get blood work done.
Crystal did a great job. I was nervous about this and she made me feel at ease. Great person to work work.

Absolutely HORRIBLE facility. If you care at all about your medical or behavioral health, DO NOT go here. They do not care one bit about their patients, will cancel appointments with out your knowledge and also call you “white girl” and be rude as hell in the facility. I complained about my experience here and not one single person has called me back to even address being called “white girl” along with many different cuss words and racial slurs at my last appointment. I absolutely love this place I love Miss Gordon and her team with Ashley the reception this is fantastic I can't ever recall her name.the prices are fair and they take great concern in my healthcare I have been to a lot of doctors where they just try to see me give me prescriptions to get me out the door but here at this clinic they really listen and they really do care I also love the fact that the pharmacy in the Freeport location is readily available for prescription prices that are more reasonable for us to pay. also in ... read more
I was seen at the Clute Location and I am beyond grateful to the staff there . Dr. Gordon and Nurse Rossow went above and beyond with my care. I had a very serious leg infection and they both called after hours and during their off days and weekend to insure that treatment was working and healing. Their sincere concern for my health and well-being just made me feel so much better during this nervous time. A 5star rating wouldn’t be enough for the wonderful ladies
